What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
I have sensitive skin/ eyes. Are these safe?
Yes! Our lashes are made from hypoallergenic and synthetic fibers and contain no dyes or harsh chemicals. We strongly recommend using a latex-free, ophthalmologist-tested lash adhesive like ours to ensure a gentle experience for sensitive eyes.
How many times can I reuse my lashes?
Our lashes are designed for durability and luxury! With proper care (gentle cleaning and storage in the original tray), most of our lash styles can be safely worn and reused multiple times. This high reusability significantly lowers your cost per wear compared to single-use alternatives.
What is your policy if I choose the wrong style?
We want you to love your purchase! If you ordered the wrong lash style or volume, we accept returns or exchanges on all lashes that are in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or worn products.
How much does shipping cost?
